Shipping & Delivery

Your package will normally be dispatched via Royal Mail, UPS or myHermes on the same or next working day after cleared funds.

We always confirm via email that your item has been shipped.

Free shipping is for any orders over £20.00, to be delivered in the UK only.

United Kingdom

Our standard 2-4 working days delivery is £3.60 for orders under £20.00.

We aim to dispatch your parcel the same or next working day; you should receive it within 2-4 working days from the day you placed the order.

Special Delivery

If you require faster shipping we offer an express delivery option.

Royal Mail Special Delivery Guaranteed by 1pm next working day - £7.55.

This service is available only if your order is placed before 12pm Monday to Friday.

Your order will arrive the following working day by 1pm.

General

Please note Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays are NOT working days.

You will be given a tracking number which will allow you to track your order.

Not available for destinations in the Highlands and Islands, Isle of Wight, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Guernsey and Jersey, Isle of Scilly and mid Wales.

The address given at the point of order is the address the order will be shipped to.

If there is no one present at said address to receive the items, a note will be left to advise you as to whether your package was left with a neighbour, somewhere safe or requires delivery to be re-arranged.

Tracking information will be emailed to you if applicable, please monitor your tracking. 

On occasions your item may be delivered later than expected due to Royal Mail failing to deliver on time.

An item is considered lost if the recipient has not received the item 13 working days after posting.
